Despite it taking longer than usual, summer is most certainly on its way! The pandemic has obviously resulted in us all spending much more time at home and many people are investing significantly in improving their homes and gardens.
One thing we’ve seen more of than ever before is interest in garden kitchens, spas and general improvements to outdoor spaces. Our HIABs and half rigs are out every days, lifting and placing hot tubs, pizza ovens and garden statues to create the most wonderful gardens and outdoor living areas.
Using a half rig is often easier when transporting, lifting and placing heavy garden furniture like hot tubs and pizza ovens. We use half rigs to ensure we’re not blocking any roads or causing unnecessary traffic jams. We’ll always take time to design our route, to make sure that we’re aware of any roadworks or diversions which may affect access. When we arrive, we’ll ensure our lorries are positioned as to not block any roads or pavements – obviously, it’s important for us to get as close as possible to the position of the hot tub or other gardens furniture, but we aim to cause as little disruption as possible.
