This Cookie Policy explains how Altida Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) approaches cookies and similar technologies on our website, altida.co.uk.
Browsing our website sets no cookies. Two things can set them:
When you send an enquiry form, a session cookie stops the same enquiry being submitted twice. It is essential to the form working, holds no personal data, and expires when you close your browser. Choosing your cookie settings also sets one small cookie, so the site can remember your answer.
With your consent, and only with your consent, we use Google tags to measure how the site is used and whether our advertising works. That means statistics on which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived, and recording which visits and enquiries came from an advert. If you decline, none of these tags are set and the site works exactly the same.
1. What are cookies?

2. The types of cookie, and which we use

- Performance & analytics cookies — only after you consent: statistics on which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived.
- Targeting/advertising cookies — only after you consent, to measure advertising performance. We do not use cookies to show you adverts around the web.
- Functionality cookies — none used.

3. Third-party cookies
Google's measurement tags load through Google Tag Manager and set cookies only after you consent. Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam — it sets no cookies. Where our site links out to external platforms (such as WhatsApp or social media), those platforms have their own cookie policies once you are on them.
4. Managing cookies
You can change your mind at any time — use the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer to reopen the choice and change or withdraw your consent.
You can also control and manage cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- Block all cookies.
- Allow only certain cookies.
- Delete cookies after browsing.
